Packings Rubber Linear

Your load and materials stowed in ship’s holds are optimally protected from water and other influences by means of our door & hatch cover packing, as has been proven in practice. Various solutions in rubber and tapes are available. Рroducts comply with the requirements of RUSSIAN MARITIME REGISTER OF SHIPPING

Linear Rubber Profile

We supply the most common rubber seals on the market. All sponge rubber types can be delivered with solid skin from Natural rubber, Neoprene, Nitril, EPDM or blends of these rubbers. We also supply sponge types of the most common solid types.

Corner and end Pice

We supply corner and end pieces for most types of rubber seals. We also keep a well assorted stock of the most common types. Corner and end pieces are critical for tight seals.
Our corner and end pieces are therefore hot vulcanized (not glued) to the right type of compression-module solid rubber. This is done in order to withstand wear and tear.

Oil-resistant Seals

This is a crude resistant rubber seal. The sponge version is made with oil resistant nitrile solid rubber skin on 4 sides.
The sponge core is made from Natural rubber due to cost and superior properties. Crude oil resistant seals with nitrile sponge are produced for special applications.

Resistant to ozonation. High resistance to sea water. Weather resistant.
This quality is normally achieved by using natural rubber as base material. High-density rubber creates an outer layer that is resistant to aggressive atmosphere. Over a long time this type of rubber seal has proven its efficiency.
